Clinical Support
Clinical support services can include filling positions for contracted RN’s; in-home health services based on disability, post surgical or geriatric needs of the client. Public Health Screening Events and Public Health Educational Event requests.
Government Partnerships & Technical Assistance
Advise attorneys on healthcare related components of their cases, especially related to medical malpractice. In addition we provide expertise on nursing standards of care.
Legal Nurse Consultant
Business to Business/Government partnerships can include but not be limited to quasi/governmental affairs. This service is client-driven based on contractual needs. Technical assistance includes policy reviews, compliance and audit reviews, and forms of advisory consulting that may meet you or your organization’s needs.

American Nursing LLC embodies being "the change we want to see" in the healthcare landscape. American Nursing demonstrates its commitment of service to the community in many ways. Our company is philanthropically engaged with the Wylie Foundation in Baltimore, Maryland which provides resources to pediatric oncology patients in collaboration with the University of Maryland Pediatrics Unit. We provide micro-scholarships to CRNA/SRNA students for living expenses while they are in their programs. Currently, American Nursing, LLC has one student in Puerto Rico who has benefited from this program for almost two years. Continuous mentoring and assisting RNs and aspiring RNs are embedded in our work ethic.

Our clinical care is also smart by providing best practices; and being aware of what healthcare is missing when deviations to the standards are challenge the nursing process.
Compassionate: Being mindful of the suffering and changes that are often beyond the control of those needing medical attention, our clinicians will treat those who entrust their care to us like you would want your family members to be treated. Empathy and compassion go hand in hand, as do listening, patience and genuine concern for another human being’s wellness, and ability to return to or getting as close to at least surviving and at best, thriving in their own unique life circumstances.
Care: We commit to remembering the care in healthcare when it’s easy to get bombarded and overwhelmed with health information and for a person to feel like a number or a case, we center every person’s humanity, remembering they are not a patient - but someone experiencing medical challenges who need specialized support.

In July 2024, I underwent a total hip replacement of my left hip, and my experience with American Nursing was exceptional from start to finish. American Nursing supported my post-operative needs during the critical first few days following surgery. When I returned home after surgery, they were quick to monitor my vitals, manage my pain effectively, and ensure that I was comfortable. Pain management was their top priority, and the nursing staff were proactive in adjusting my medications to keep my pain under control, which made a huge difference in my overall comfort. I experienced minimal pain during my recovery, and I know this was due to their responsiveness to my needs and their expertise with pain management. I cannot say enough good things about the care I received following my hip replacement. The American Nursing staff’s expertise, compassion, and dedication were evident every step of the way. Thanks to them, my recovery was off to a great start, and I am confident about regaining my mobility and quality of life.
